When Will He Learn To Shut Up?

I noticed today as Bush began his press conference, that the Dow was at -80 some odd and about 3-5 minutes into his talk I noticed that the Dow began dropping fast. When Bush finished speaking the Dow stood at -3XX.
Kinda shows me something, I think. Bush needs to shut up.
